When you are ready to create your custom jewelry piece, fill out a bespoke design form with your project details and visual inspiration that will help us provide you with an estimated quote.
Once your form is submitted, we will respond within 2–3 business days with follow up questions regarding your request and to book your discovery call.
Following your bespoke design request, we book you in for a collaborative design discussion where we discuss your dream design needs, budget and timeline. Appointments are available online via Google Meet.
You have the freedom to choose from a wide range of materials, including certified Canadian gold, conflict-free natural diamonds, sapphires, rubies and lab-grown diamonds for your bespoke design.
After the discovery call, you will receive four possible design directions, along with available stone options and their associated quotes.
When the project payment is received, we begin to work together to bring your vision to life by creating a digital design (CAD) model. You will have two iterations to finalize the design direction before moving into production.
Upon approval of the digital design, we will proceed to the production phase of the project. Lead time is approximately 4–7 weeks from the time the payment is received. In many cases, you will receive progress updates along the way, but please reach out if you have any further questions.
Your custom jewelry is ready to be delivered. Various courier options are available for shipping including DHL, Fedex, and Purolator. Once all outstanding payments are made (shipping, design upgrades, etc), we ship the piece(s) to you.
We offer a selection of payment options available through our online store including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
You can make purchases using AfterPay, with transaction values of up to $2000. This cap is set by AfterPay and is applicable across all online stores.
We are happy to accommodate a payment plan, which allows you to split your payment to 75% of the invoice total to start production, and 25% once the piece is ready to be shipped. Please let our team know if you are interested in a payment plan.
