Refund policy

ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry does not accept returns or order cancellations due to our design and creation process (handmade to order). If there are any problems with a piece (such as a repair), we would be happy to help you out. Please contact us at contact@AnastassiaSel.com with an explanation of your circumstance.

Prior to ordering, please confirm your size. We will gladly adjust pieces to fit you before they are shipped. If you would like an adjustment after you've received the piece, you may return it for adjustment. Any shipping costs (back to ANASTASSIA SEL Jewelry and then back to the buyer) must be covered by the buyer.
