Orders

Orders and transactions are handled securely through Stripe. Anastassia Sel Jewelry does not have access to your credit card information.

Any personal information provided is used to process your order or contact you regarding a transaction. Anastassia Sel Jewelry guarantees all information is gathered securely and is not shared with third parties. Anastassia Sel Jewelry may, however, disclose your information when you ask to do so or when we believe it is required by law. Anastassia Sel Jewelry uses your mailing address information to ship your purchase through Canada Post or through an alternative agreed upon courier method. 

A receipt or transaction does not constitute a contract and orders may be cancelled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as Anastassia Sel Jewelry sees fit. Please note that Anastassia Sel Jewelry may also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, Anastassia Sel Jewelry will issue you credit to the correct amount owed.

Anastassia Sel Jewelry does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use Anastassia Sel Jewelry only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
